Built for every broker in India.
AtriumScout didn't come out of a startup accelerator. It came out of watching good brokers lose good deals to slow replies.

IndiaThe story
I'm a solo automation expert. Before AtriumScout, I spent years building AI and workflow automation systems — and kept noticing the same thing among property brokers across India: brokers work incredibly hard, and still lose deals for the silliest reason imaginable — an unanswered WhatsApp message.
A buyer messages at 9 pm. The broker is at dinner, or on a site visit, or simply asleep. By morning, that buyer has heard back from three other brokers. The listing was great, the price was right — the reply was just late.
So I built the assistant I'd want if I were a broker: something that answers instantly, asks the right seven questions, saves every lead with a score, and taps the broker on the shoulder only when it matters. No apps to learn, no CRM to fight with — it lives inside the WhatsApp number they already use.
"No broker in India should ever lose a ₹2,00,000 deal to a missed message."
The mission
Pan-India, from the metros to fast-growing tier-2 cities. Real estate is one of the most relationship-driven businesses in the country, and technology should protect those relationships — not replace them. AtriumScout handles the first two minutes so brokers can spend their time where they're irreplaceable: on the phone, at the site, closing the deal.
Every account is set up personally, tuned to the local market, and backed by someone who actually answers. That's the advantage of buying from a builder, not a call centre.
Talk to a person, not a ticket queue
